We were born in 2007 on July 4th, the day of the American Independence Day. We were born with the entrepreneurial idea of ​​two brothers, Antonio and Alessandro Di Gregorio; idea of ​​bringing extreme specialization in the modification of polymers, in the most complex processes, in the highest difficulties that this fantastic polymer allows to obtain.

Company is located in Robbiate, on a covered area owned by 1500sqm divided on two levels, 30km north of Milan, in the beating heart of the productive part of the country: Brianza.

Plant is equipped with a very modern “industry 4.0” computer controlled polymerization line made to our specifications; in our reactors the control of the polymerization kinetics is total with precision in the control of the temperatures at the limits of the thermoresistors; the assembly of the molds, however, is carried out entirely by hand to ensure that the craftsmanship of the product is guaranteed by the hands of young but experienced workers.

Polymerization takes place entirely in the company, from the monomer to the product; most of the processes are carried out internally as the company has the ability to mill (machining centers with micron precision), turning, polishing, gluing, lamination.

The company has the motto “methacrylates 2.0”: challenges are the engine of society, difficulties are its fuel.

Alessandro ed Antonio Di Gregorio

Siamo nati il 4 luglio 2007, giorno della festa dell’ indipendenza Americana. Siamo nati con l’ idea imprenditoriale di due fratelli, Antonio ed Alessandro Di Gregorio; idea di portare la specializzazione estrema nella modifica dei polimeri, nelle lavorazioni più complesse, nelle difficoltà più alte che questo fantastico polimero permette di ottenere. L’ azienda è sita a Robbiate, su un area coperta di proprietà di 1500mq divisi su due livelli, 30km a nord di Milano, nel cuore pulsante della parte produttiva del paese: la Brianza. L’ azienda è dotata di una modernissima linea di polimerizzazione completamente controllata da computer “industry 4.0” realizzata su nostra specifica; nei nostri reattori il controllo della cinetica di polimerizzazione è totale con precisione nel controllo delle temperature ai limiti dei termoresistori; l’ assemblaggio degli stampi è però effettuato totalmente a mano per garantire che l’ artigianalità del prodotto venga garantita dalle mani di maestranze giovani ma esperte. La polimerizzazione avviene integralmente in azienda, dal monomero al manufatto; gran parte delle lavorazioni vengono effettuate internamente avendo l’ azienda capacità di fresatura (centri di lavoro con precisione micron), tornitura, lucidatura, incollaggio, laminazione. L’ azienda ha il motto “metacrilati 2.0”: le sfide sono il motore della società, le difficoltà il suo combustibile.
